Wow, it has been a while since I've blogged. There is quite a bit to catch up on. Hopefully my fingers can endure all of the typing.
First, the Leslie Register. For a while I've been writing a little family newspaper. I called it the Leslie Register. But lately I've been putting it off. Once I was watching the news and found a great thing for the newspaper. It was called "Another Boston Tea Party".People were throwing tea all up and down the Mississippi River. Of course they didn't care about the tea. They just wanted to prove that taxes were too high. It was a real riot. People were holding up signs and everything!
Second, babysitting! My parents have decided that I'm old enough to babysit for other families. And yesterday Kristy Bolinder (she's in my ward) called my mom. I'm supposed to babysit her 8 year old daughter and her... I think 5 year old son tonight at 6:45. I'm so excited! I've been reading this babysitters' book. It has a whole bunch of tips and comes with some stuff, too. Thankfully my first job isn't going to be too hard to handle.
And last, weather. For the past week it has been nice enough to go outside without coats (and since we live in Idaho that is saying something). But today it is snowing. The moment dad said, "Hey, it's snowing!" Anna and I stomped and yelled. It feels like its been 200 years since we've been able to go outside then go right back inside because it is so hot.
I better go. We're going to have lunch soon.

Change in Plans

Well, there was a change in plans about the scuba diving. The trip was not just scuba diving. It was going to take up the entire day. And my family and I were going to Boise that same day. And grandma and grandpa were leaving that day (that isn't really a reason, I just thought the more "fake" reasons I had the more comfortable my parents would be with me not going). If any of you know me than you would know that I'm kinda shy when it comes to stuff like that. So, I decided not to go scuba diving. I know I missed a huge opportunity and I will probably never get that opportunity again.... But you know what's funny, a week before the scuba diving trip my best friend Kelsi said she might not be going scuba diving and I told her she was crazy to not go, but what do you know, I didn't go scuba diving. So I guess you could probably call me a hypocrite (I'm not sure that's how you spell it). Couldn't you?

First day of home School

Today we had our first day of home schooling. We started out with an opening prayer. Then, after that, we sung "How firm a Foundation" at the piano. I know... weird way to start the day isn't it? But I guess that is the way we are going to start home school everyday. After that we had personal scripture study. I have some special scriptures that are still the real scriptures except they explain the scripture at the bottom of the page and has highlighted words that they have the definitions for. After that we had 10 minutes of journal time. We don't have to write in our journals exactly, we just have to write something. We can't draw or read. The last thing was organizing. We brought all of the toys down to the basement for our new playroom and brought the books that were on a shelf in the basement upstairs to the living room. It wasn't that bad. The way my mom said it would be it would be work, work, work.

Scuba Diving!

I am the luckiest person in the world! I get to go scuba diving in a pool in Pocatello. I joined a science program in my school. It will take the whole day. I am so excited to go. My instructer says that there are fish almost 2 feet long. Again, I am so excited!

Grandma's here! Plus JONAS BROTHERS

Grandma Sharon is here at my house. Today we went to the movie theater. We saw the Jonas Brothers Band in 3D. It was amazing. Sadly, tomorrow it sorta my last day with her. She is going to Danielle's house on Wednesday and I will be gone on Thursday, which is the day they leave. But so far we have had a good time.

A new start

I decided to make a new blog.I haven't made it invite only yet, but I will. After that I can post anything I want to.
My friend (who's name I cannot name because this blog is not invite only yet) helped me make it. She is here now and is begging to show me something on youtube. I will post later.
